Momentum

It's so easy to fall off. To break away from the flow state. To do what is easy instead of what will bring you long-term happiness. You get a change in direction, something new to consider, or a failure and we lose momentum. We fall off. It happens to us all. But it takes discipline to move forward. It takes strength. COVID 19 had a profound impact on all of our lives - remote working, stock market crashes, uncertainty everywhere. It has had a hard effect on everyone. But now more than ever, we need to keep our eyes forward. Keep looking to the large prizes that we can all attain. Plan our trajectory and work towards it every day. What can you do? Keep on pushing.
